01How is a validation counted?
Every form submission DV checks and decides on counts as one. A new submission from the same person counts again, but an accidental double-send doesn’t. Support requests, job applications and vendor pitches never count.
02Are email, phone, IP and company checks part of a validation?
Yes. All four are included in the validation at no extra cost. DV runs its own checks first and uses outside verification only when it can’t decide on its own.
03Do unused validations roll over?
No. Your plan’s validations reset at the start of each billing cycle.
04Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime.
05I run an agency. Can I use it for several clients?
Yes. Give each client its own project with its own websites. Validations are shared across your plan.
06What happens when I hit my limit?
Your forms keep working. Add an extra pack for the rest of the cycle or upgrade. If you do neither, new submissions are saved but not scored until your next cycle.
07Is Demand Origin Intelligence included?
On Scale and Enterprise, yes. On Launch and Growth it is an add-on at $97 a month, and it covers the same number of validations as your plan.
08Is there a free trial?
No. Instead, your first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, monthly or annual. Extra packs and the DOI add-on are not covered.
